Who would have thought the difference between liquid collagen supplements and the powder form were so different? They are in fact very different, and that differentiation can mean the difference between a smooth recovery from an injury, or a bit of a rougher road.According to webmd.com, “Collagen is a protein responsible for healthy joints and skin elasticity, or stretchiness. It’s in your bones, muscles, and blood, comprising three-quarters of your skin and a third of the protein in your body.”But as we age, the website continues, collagen breaks down and your body has to work harder to produce it.This is where collagen supplements come in. And this is where Frog Fuel plays a pivotal role in maintaining your health, as you recover from an injury sustained during a workout or competition.Developed by the team at OP2 Labs, Frog Fuel is a clinically-proven, high-quality, nano-hydrolyzed collagen protein supplement for athletes recovering from workouts and injuries.OP2 Labs Founders and...Review: Steel town blues pack a wallop in Center Rep play

There’s a lot of humor in Lynn Nottage’s “Sweat,” but it packs a truly devastating wallop, and Center Repertory Company’s production at Walnut Creek’s Lesher Center for the Arts doesn’t pull any punches.Set mostly in 2000 with framing sequences in 2008, “Sweat” explores the human cost of the collapse of U.S. factory towns, with generations-long, union-protected jobs suddenly dissolving as work is shipped out of the country. The play almost all takes place in a bar where steelworkers hang out. Even the bartender worked on the factory floor for decades until a work-related injury took him out.Commissioned as part of Oregon Shakespeare Festival’s “American Revolutions: The United States History Cycle,” “Sweat” premiered at OSF in 2015 and went on to hit runs off- and on Broadway. It won the 2017 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, making Nottage the only woman so far to have won two drama Pulitzers. (She won the first in 2009 for “Ruined,” which played Berkeley Repertory Theatre in 2011.) Americ...READ: Trump indictment and statement of facts related to hush money payment

Although they were coming off a difficult period, they are still Inter and proved it tonight.”Lukaku, Cuadrado and Handanovic should all miss the second leg on April 26.Last-place Serie A club Cremonese hosts Fiorentina in the other semifinal on Wednesday. The resu...Latest news
