AUSTIN (KXAN) — Part of Taylor is under a boil water notice as of 10 a.m. Saturday, the city said. Taylor water customers in the upper-pressure plane will be under a boil water notice until further notice. These customers will also see low water pressure until noon. The city said this is due to complications in a water main project. Crews are working to stabilize the system. TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Troy Police Department is looking to identify the suspect in an alleged stabbing incident. SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Saratoga County Board of Supervisors Chairman Theodore Kusnierz Jr. has announced that Saratoga County has declared a State of Emergency. The decision is in response to the possible relocation and arrival of large amounts of migrants and asylum seekers from New York City. BALLSTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- After two years, the new Ballston Lake fishing pier and boat launch on Outlet Road has officially opened. Four men have been hospitalized, with at least two in critical condition, after being shot near downtown Los Angeles Saturday morning. Los Angeles police officers responded to the 1000 block of Ingraham outside the 1010 Wilshire Apartments just after 2:00 a.m. When authorities arrived on scene, they found four men suffering gunshot wounds. Detectives say there was an altercation between two groups of men who knew each other. At least one male suspect shot multiple rounds and then fled the scene in a white BMW with at least two other men. Man shot in the face at Newport Pier The suspects are still at large and no arrests have been made. The four victims were transported to a nearby hospital. Two of the men are in stable condition, while the other two are in critical condition. It is unclear what led to the altercation. This story is developing. A man was injured following a shooting at the Newport Pier Friday night. Newport Beach Police responded to reports of an assault with a deadly weapon around 10:30 p.m. near McFadden Place and Oceanfront. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the cheek. Residents warned not to swim in L.A. County beaches The suspect, described as an adult white male, is still at large and no arrests have been made. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital and is currently in stable condition. A Yucaipa High School teacher has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old male student, the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department announced.Tracy Vanderhulst, 38, was arrested on Thursday and booked into the county detention center on a charge of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. She was being held in lieu of $30,000 bail.Vanderhulst was named "Teacher of the Year" at Yucaipa H.S. in 2017. A tweet announcing the award has since been deleted, however a school YouTube video featuring Vanderhulst titled, "In The Classroom," was still online as of Friday evening.Tracy Vanderhulst (San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department)Authorities say the Yucaipa Calimesa Joint Unified School District “worked cooperatively” with its investigation.
