ST. LOUIS - A man was robbed Monday morning while changing a flat tire in St. Louis. The incident unfolded just after midnight Monday in the 4200 block of Page Boulevard in the Vandeventer neighborhood. Investigators say the victim, a 27-year-old man, and his girlfriend were heading eastbound on Page Boulevard when they experienced a flat tire. How significant is the youth-led constitutional climate trial in Montana and what are its implications? As the first-ever trial in the U.S. in a climate change lawsuit, Held v. Montana, set for June 12-23, is historic. Plaintiffs — 16 young Montanans — sued the state over its energy policies claiming the state’s actions have violated their constitutional right. The right they claim is the right to “a clean and healthful environment” as mandated by the Constitution of Montana, which reads: “The state and each person shall maintain and improve a clean and healthful environment in Montana for present and future generations.” They argue that the state government supports, promotes, and prioritizes fossil fuels, impacting climate change and disproportionately harming them. Instead of seeking monetary damages, they are asking the court to declare that Montana’s fossil fuel energy policies and actions violate their state constitutional rights. For example, the state energy p...What we know about the missing Titanic submersible

“Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny” debuted in May at the Cannes Film Festival, where it received what could kindly be described as a tepid response from critics.Based on a recent advanced screening of the fifth and, supposedly, final film in the beloved series dating to 1981’s “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” it’s pretty easy to say “Dial” isn’t some horrendous “Indiana Jones” adventure. But, alas, it isn’t a particularly strong one, either. It’s as if talented filmmaker James Mangold — taking the reins from franchise director Steven Spielberg — set out to make a convincing forgery of an “Indiana Jones.”Aside from Spielberg, all the requisite ingredients are there, from Harrison Ford in the titular role — wearing his leather jacket and fedora and occasionally cracking that iconic whip — to an archeological treasure to scheming Nazis to one last rousing score from the great John Williams. And yet the affair constantly feels a little off, starting with the action-packed ...Herbicides toxic to people and fish contaminate Home Lake State Wildlife Area along Rio Grande River east of Monte Vista, forcing closure

House and Senate Republicans have been quick to criticize the plea deal between the Department of Justice and Hunter Biden, arguing Tuesday that the charges brought against President Joe Biden’s son exemplify what they describe as the weaponization of the DOJ.The reaction underscores how the charges brought by the DOJ as the result of a five-year investigation led by a Donald Trump appointee will not deter Republicans on Capitol Hill, particularly GOP lawmakers who control the House and by extension the committees, from pursuing their own probes into the Biden family.House Speaker Kevin McCarthy dismissed the fact that the US attorney was a Trump holdover when asked by CNN’s Manu Raju.RELATED: Hunter Biden to plead guilty to federal tax charges, strikes deal on gun charge“You think it’s equal and fair that a political opponent is going to be given jail time, but a presidential son – and if you compare this to other individuals in America that have the same accusations against them, ...Target security guard gives shoplifter a break and lets her go; she returns to steal again
