Police in Chelsea are investigating after a driver crashed through a fence, hit several vehicles, and struck and seriously injured a 14-year-old girl in a parking lot.Crime scene tape was up near a Dunkin’ parking lot on Beacham Street and several vehicles in the area could be seen damaged.Police say the teen was rushed to a hospital with serious injuries and the driver involved was also hospitalized and is in police custody.Criminal charges are expected in connection with the crash.No additional information was immediately available.This is a developing news story; stay with 7NEWS on-air and online for the latest details.Earthquake recorded off Myanmar’s coast, shakes buildings in Thailand

BANGKOK (AP) — An earthquake was recorded off the southern coast of Myanmar on Monday with tremors also felt in Thailand, but there were no immediate reports of major damage.The 5.1 magnitude quake was recorded about 152 kilometers (95 miles) south of Yangon, Myanmar’s biggest city, at 10 kilometers (6 miles) below the surface at 8:10 a.m., according to Myanmar’s meteorology department.Thailand’s meteorological department reported the earthquake as 6.0 magnitude at 8:40 a.m. and said tremors were felt in the capital Bangkok and nearby Nonthaburi province, about 450 kilometers (280 miles) from the epicenter.The United States Geological Survey measured the earthquake at 5.6 magnitude.Different agencies often have different preliminary measurements for earthquakes.Many people in high-rise buildings in Bangkok reported feeling the tremors for 15 to 30 seconds, according to the public report section of the Thai government’s Earthquake Observation Division website.There were no imme...Person in life-threatening condition after shooting in Pickering: police

A male victim is in life-threatening condition after a shooting in Pickering on Sunday, Durham Regional Police officers say.An update posted on the police service’s Twitter account at 10:45 p.m. said the incident happened near the intersection of Valley Farm and Kingston roads between Liverpool and Brock roads.Details about the victim and potential suspect information weren’t released in the initial update.The circumstances surrounding the shooting weren’t immediately clear. A spokesperson wasn’t immediately available for comment. Authorities are searching for a critically missing teenager who disappeared in Lancaster on Saturday.The missing boy, Jermaine Jonathan Martin, 14, was last seen in the 1100 block of East Avenue J6 around 2 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.Martin is described as a Black male standing 5 feet tall and weighing 110 pounds. He has brown eyes with brown and gold afro-style hair.
